Paid acquisition
Campaign management on Meta, TikTok and Google, with budget allocated against what each channel actually returns.
- Account structure and rebuilds
- Audience and placement testing
- Bid strategy and pacing
- Scaling and pull-back rules
BSD Systems runs paid acquisition, content production, community and monetization as one connected system — and reports on all of it in a single number you can act on.
Platforms and tools we operate in
This is the model we build for every client in week one: what each channel returns at each level of spend, and where the next dollar earns most. Drag the sliders.

Modelled monthly outcome
Illustrative model only. Uses diminishing-returns curves from typical direct-to-consumer benchmarks, not your account. Real numbers come from the free review — and no result is guaranteed.
Most brands lose more between the click and the checkout than they ever lose in the auction. We work on both ends.
Media buying alone rarely moves a business. These six run together, or none of them work properly.
Campaign management on Meta, TikTok and Google, with budget allocated against what each channel actually returns.
Static, video and UGC-style assets produced on a testing cadence, with the copy and hooks that carry them.
Landing pages, offers and checkout flows built to convert the traffic you are paying for.
The audience you already paid for, handled daily so it buys again instead of going quiet.
Recurring income that survives a bad month on any single platform or sponsor.
Clean measurement first. If the data is wrong, every decision after it is a guess.
Reach that only exists inside someone else's app can be switched off without notice. Everything we build points the same direction: toward audience, revenue and relationships you actually own.
We do not scale spend on an account we have not measured properly.
Week 1 · Free
We go through the ad accounts, tracking setup, margins, past creative and existing revenue. You get a written diagnosis of what is working, what is leaking budget, and what we would change first. Yours to keep either way.
Weeks 2–4
Access is granted on accounts you own. Tracking is repaired or rebuilt, account structure rewritten, the first creative batch goes into production, and targets are agreed in writing before spend moves.
Month 2 onward
Controlled spend across a defined test matrix, community handled daily, funnel iterated. We hold structure steady long enough to read a result rather than chasing a single lucky day.
Quarter 2 onward
Budget follows proven performance, creative runs on a fixed cadence, and revenue shifts toward the channels you own. You get a written update every week and a call every month.
Creator brands, personal brands and ecommerce businesses that already sell something people buy, with room in the margin for paid acquisition. We contract with registered companies only, business-to-business. We do not work with adult content, gambling, unlicensed financial or medical advice, get-rich-quick programmes, or any brand making unverified health or income claims.
No, and we would rather say so plainly. Everything in the console, the budget model and the funnel is illustrative — built from typical direct-to-consumer benchmarks to show the kind of reporting we produce. Your real numbers come out of the free review in week one, and no result is guaranteed.
We charge a fixed monthly fee, quoted in US dollars and agreed before work starts, so our fee does not rise simply because your spend does. Any performance component exists only where you have signed for it, with the calculation stated in the contract. More on the engagements page.
You do. Ad accounts, pixels, channels, mailing lists, domains and stores stay in your name. We work through delegated access you can revoke at any time, and on exit we hand back files, documentation and structure notes.
Engagements start with a 90-day initial term, because paid acquisition needs a full testing cycle before it can be judged fairly. After that it continues month to month and either side can end it with 30 days' written notice, with no cancellation fee. See our Terms of Service.
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Results depend on your product, pricing, margin, stock, seasonality and platform conditions. We commit to the work, the cadence and the reporting — not to a guaranteed multiple.
Send the accounts and the store. You get a written read on what is working, what is leaking, and what we would do first — whether or not we work together.
